The Hydrocarbon Waste Recycling Industrial Complex (HIRC) was established as an innovative industrial and technological endeavor. This vertically integrated complex is designed for efficient land use and specializes in transforming hydrocarbon waste into recyclable materials for high-value industries. The purified and recycled products include glycol, benzene, toluene, xylene, C9-C10 carbon cut solvents, and base oils. HIRC’s primary objective is to recycle five types of waste and off-spec products, with approximately 60% of its feedstock converted into usable products.
